Despite growing up on stage, I was always fixated on what happened behind the scenes - the moving parts, the systems, the structure that made everything run seamlessly. That curiosity ultimately shaped my career, fueling my passion for optimizing businesses, streamlining operations, and building scalable systems that drive sustainable growth.

I don’t just organize - I build and scale the operational foundations that businesses thrive on. With almost a decade in high-level operations, I’ve designed and managed systems, workflows, and teams that drive efficiency, improve performance, and support long-term success.

I was instrumental in launching and managing a boutique corporate law firm, where I built end-to-end operational systems - from financial structures and compliance frameworks to client care and process optimization. From there, I transitioned into operations management for international companies, overseeing multi-7-figure growth, leading a team of three, restructuring CRM and data systems, and optimizing KPI tracking to enhance performance and scalability.

But beyond strategy and optimization, I’ve always been driven by a desire for freedom and impact. After stepping away from the corporate grind to travel the world with my husband, I gained clarity on what truly excites me, helping entrepreneurs build thriving businesses without burnout.
